MDH Announces First Baby of 2025

MACOMB, Ill. – The McDonough District Hospital Obstetrics Department welcomed the first baby of 2025 on Wednesday morning (Jan. 1). The family was presented a congratulatory “First Baby of the Year” gift basket from the MDH Obstetrics staff, including Macomb Area Chamber of Commerce gift certificates.

Dallas Lee Williams was born at 9:05 a.m. He weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces and measured 20 inches. He is the son of Rylee Williams and Sami LaMaster.

Dr. Tamara Smith delivered the first baby.
