Join Us for Women & Wellness on July 18

MACOMB, Ill. – McDonough District Hospital, partnering with 2DYE4 Hair & Co., Linked by Leah, Golden Rose Boutique, Copper Seven, The Wine Sellers, and Spreadz, invite women for this first-ever Women & Wellness event on Thursday, July 18.

The free event will take place at 2DYE4 Hair & Co and will run from 4-8 p.m. Women can stop by anytime between 4-8 p.m. to learn more about the services and meet area businesses in attendance.

The Wine Sellers will hold its Third Thursday event Wine & Wax, located two doors down from Women & Wellness.

Dr. Tamara Smith from MDH Obstetrics & Gynecology, Certified Nurse Midwife Mary Thompson, and Nurse Practitioner Emily Mynatt, FNP-C will be on hand to answer women’s health questions.

Kamie McKee, FNP-C, nurse practitioner with the MDH Ear, Nose & Throat Clinic, will discuss BOTOX services offered. Angelica Hoenig, PT, DPT, Kaity Kipling, PT, DPT, and Lindsay Schaefer, DPT from MDH Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation will provide information on vestibular therapy and pelvic floor therapy services offered at the clinics.

Linked by Leah will showcase her jewelry designs and custom made pieces. Golden Rose Boutique will also be on-site for the latest styles in women’s clothing.

Services and consultations by 2DYE4 Hair include: eyebrows, facials, hair care, massage therapy, and more. Those interested can schedule an appointment for a future date during the Women & Wellness event while learning more about the services they provide. Beverages and a charcuterie by Spreadz will be provided.
