MDH Monmouth Convenience Clinic to Open December 6

MACOMB, Ill. – McDonough District Hospital announced that starting Tuesday, December 6, the MDH Monmouth Clinic will begin to offer a Convenience Clinic five days a week.

The MDH Monmouth Convenience Clinic will be open Tuesday-Friday from 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. The clinic location is 2 AmericInn Way, Suite B & C. Patients 18 months and older will be seen on a walk-in basis for illnesses and minor injuries.

Jennifer Lemaster, FNP-C, recently joined the McDonough District Hospital medical staff and will see patients in the MDH Monmouth Convenience Clinic. Lemaster earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Chamberlain University College of Nursing. Most recently she worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner with Eagle View Community Health System in Oquawka. She also served as the Emergency Department Director at Cottage Hospital in Galesburg. Lemaster completed clinical hours at McDonough District Hospital in the MDH Family Clinic and MDH Pediatrics.

Patients can schedule an appointment with Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Monday-Friday. A member of the Ear, Nose & Throat staff are on-site every other Thursday of the month, and Certified Nurse Midwife Mary Thompson from Obstetrics & Gynecology is at the clinic the fourth Tuesday of every month.
