West Prairie Volleyball Team Donates $1,405 to Linda’s Fund

SCIOTA, Ill. – The West Prairie High School volleyball team presented a $1,405 donation for Linda’s Fund at McDonough District Hospital (MDH).

The team raised money at its annual Pink Night game on October 6 through an auction of baked goods and gift baskets at West Prairie High School in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Linda’s Fund provides financial support to breast cancer patients who are using the services at MDH. Area schools, community groups, and individuals have helped support these fundraising efforts.
