MDH Announces New Name for Walk-In Appointments, MDH Convenience Clinic

MACOMB, Ill. – McDonough District Hospital announces a rebranding initiative within the MDH Family Clinic, bringing back a familiar name for walk-in appointments.

MDH Convenience Clinic will replace the name of Walk-In Services, keeping the same hours of operation seven days a week. 

According to Peter Rao, Vice President of the MDH Medical Group, the rebranding was a topic discussed based off the familiarity of the Convenience Clinic name and emphasizing that the current MDH Family Clinic will keep its same name.

“This rebranding will assist patients in distinguishing primary care services and provide clarity as we continue to improve our services,” said Rao. 

MDH Convenience Clinic moved to its currently location in July 2019 after relocating from Hy-Vee in Macomb.

Hours of operation for the MDH Convenience Clinic is Monday-Thursday 8 a.m.-7 p.m. and Friday-Sunday 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
