Brittany Cromer, NP-C Joins MDH Convenience Clinic

MACOMB, Ill. – Brittany Cromer, NP-C, an employee at McDonough District Hospital since 2003, joined the MDH Convenience Clinic staff as a nurse practitioner.

Cromer received her Master of Science degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from the St. Francis Medical Center College of Nursing in Peoria last December. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from St. Francis Medical Center and an Associates Degree in Nursing from Spoon River College. 

Her career at MDH began in late 2003 as a nurse assistant, then she worked as a licensed practical nurse. For 13 years she worked as a registered nurse in the Emergency Department and Medical Surgical Unit.

She brings a background in emergency room trauma, acute care management, post-surgical care, and health care experience across the lifespan to her new role at MDH. 

As a member of the MDH Convenience Clinic staff, she provides health care to walk-in patients. Cromer holds membership with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Illinois Society of Advanced Practice Nursing.
