The MDH Hospice Receives Healing Hand Award

MACOMB, Ill. - McDonough District Hospital congratulates The MDH Hospice team for receiving a Healing Hand award, an honor within the Grateful Patient Program.

Hospice staff were recognized by an appreciative family for providing superior care and kindness. The family shared, “Each and every staff member we worked with did an excellent job.”

The Grateful Patient Program provides an opportunity for patients and/or families to show their gratitude and appreciation in honor of the excellent care received. In addition to recognizing a Healing Hand, a financial contribution to support an area of care may also be made. This donation will be used to benefit the Hospice program at MDH.
