Financial Services

You are encouraged to contact our Patient Financial Services staff to check current balances, to update insurance information, find out the current status of your insurance claim, to request an itemized copy of your charges, or to pay your bill. Our Patient Financial Services office, located on the first floor near the front entrance, is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You may leave a voice mail 24 hours a day, or send an email to billing@mdh.org. Note: When contacting us on-line, please include with your questions, the patient’s name and/or account number(s) and we will try to reach you within two business days.
