  • Addictive Sexuality and Compulsivity Treatment Group offers education and support for those dealing with addictive sexual behavior.
  • Chronic Pain Group is for anyone who would like to learn techniques to more effectively cope with pain. Chronic pain is the number one cause of adult disability in the United States, and can result from a number of injuries and conditions, including back problems, arthritis, headaches, cancer, and fibromyalgia.
  • Depression Group is a cognitive behavioral therapy group to help people better manage their depression. This group is for adults only and is offered on an on-going basis one day a week.
  • Divorcing Parents Education Program provides an overview of the stages adults go through in the process of divorce as well as common emotions and behavior that children frequently display during a divorce. Parents will learn ways to help children cope with divorce.
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is a comprehensive cognitive-behavioral treatment for borderline personality disorder (BPD), especially for those with chronic patterns of suicidal or other severe dysfunctional behaviors. Research has shown DBT to effectively reduce suicidal behavior, dropout from treatment, psychiatric hospitalization, substance abuse, anger, and interpersonal difficulties.

For more information, or to register for one of these focused therapy groups, please contact Behavioral Health Services at (309) 836-1582. A representative would be glad to answer your questions, including details about program dates, fees, and payment methods.
